What are the different options for me to redeem my reward points?

Lindner Nights points can be redeemed in our hotels as overnight stay rewards. A reward always includes a night in a double room for two people, along with our substantial breakfast. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with special offers.

Can I use my points for upgrades or other additional services offered by Lindner?

This option is currently not available.

How many nights can I book using my points?

In general you can book a maximum of four nights during one stay and a maximum of four rooms per night using your Lindner Nights Points, depending on the status of your points and availability.

Do my points expire?

Any Lindner Nights points that have not been used expire at the end of the month 24 months after they were generated.

In principle, Lindner Nights points cannot be extended. However, if you have made a booking using your points by the expiry date, this is sufficient. The actual date of arrival can be up to 10 months later than this.

Can you cancel bookings made with reward points?

Lindner Nights reservations can always be cancelled up to 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival free of charge. This means that all your points are credited back to you if you cancel in good time.

Can I redeem my points whenever and wherever I want? 

Rewards bookings can be made throughout the year, subject to availability. Bookings are not always possible in the city hotels when special events or trade fairs are being held. This is also the case at some resorts during the peak holiday season.

You can book your short getaway up to 10 months in advance.

Can I make rewards bookings for friends or relatives or give my points to other people?

Yes, you can. Just send your booking requirements to and we will check availability. If you want to transfer your points to a different account, send us your Lindner Nights number and the Lindner Nights number of the person that you wish to receive your points.

How do I make a booking with my reward points?

A reservation with Lindner Nights points is only possible in advance. You can book via our Homepage or by telephone.

I only registered for the Lindner Nights programme after my stay. Can I be awarded these points retrospectively?

You can collect Lindner Nights points from the date you register with our programme. Therefore you cannot be awarded points before this date. You need to register on the day you check out, at the latest.

Which Lindner services earn me points?

Every guest earns 10 Lindner Nights points for each full euro spent. This also applies for the purchase of online vouchers at Payments for day rooms, the day spa and external charges such as visitor’s tax, culture tax, etc. are not included. Foreign currencies are converted internally on the basis of the currently valid rate of exchange.

The use of credits from other loyalty programmes (such as Miles & More) with Lindner Nights points is not possible.

No Lindner Nights points are awarded for cash expenses, for services booked through a travel operator or a travel agency, or for stays booked using special crew rates or as part of banqueting events. Services enjoyed by the guest by redeeming points with vouchers (from a travel operator or a travel agency) or gift certificates are not eligible for Lindner Nights points.
