Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions in the course of our collaboration with the World of Hyatt programme.

 

How long can I continue to collect Lindner Nights points?

► Every guest can still collect points until 30.6.2023 (travel date) at the latest. If a Lindner hotel is already fully transferred to the World of Hyatt programme before 30.06.2023, points can no longer be generated for this particular hotel. From this date onwards, the World of Hyatt benefits will apply. We will inform you about the details as soon as the discussions with Hyatt have been concluded. 

 

How long can I continue to collect Lindner Nights points?

► We grant the 10% price advantage up to and including 30.06.2023. If a Lindner hotel is already fully transferred to the World of Hyatt programme before 30.06.2023, the 10% price advantage can no longer be generated for this particular hotel. 

 

 I have an existing booking. Do I still get points for it?

► Every guest can still collect points until 30.6.2023 (travel date) at the latest. If a Lindner hotel is already fully transferred to the World of Hyatt programme before 30.06.2023, no more points can be generated for this particular hotel.

 

Am I automatically a World of Hyatt guest?

► Every Lindner guest has the opportunity to participate in the WoH programme in the future to enjoy the benefits. We will inform you separately here after the talks have been concluded.

 

Do my Lindner Nights points expire due to the cooperation with Hyatt Hotels Corporation?

► We are pleased to announce that we will be able to offer you further benefits from the World of Hyatt with our new partner Hyatt Hotels Corporation. We will inform you about this in detail at the beginning of 2023. Important for you: Your Lindner Nights points remain valid and can be redeemed as usual until 31.12.2023.

 

Can I look forward to further benefits and when do they start?

► We will adapt our hotels to Hyatt standards and thus be able to offer an even higher quality. In the future, as a Lindner guest, you will be able to benefit from the Word of Hyatt programme, which includes not only all hotels, but also World of Hyatt spas and restaurants, as well as various partners such as the car rental company Avis, airlines like American Airlines or Quantas, the luxury adventure travel provider Lindblad Expeditions and the legendary MGM Resorts. The year 2023 will be used to implement all the necessary steps, so we will inform you as soon as possible.

What options do I have for redeeming rewards?

► Lindner Nights points can be redeemed for accommodation rewards at our hotels. A reward always includes a double room for 2 people per night incl. our extensive breakfast offer. Offsetting against arrangements is not possible.

Can I also use my points for upgrades or other additional services from Lindner?

► This option does not currently exist.

How many nights can I book using my points?

► Generally, you can book a maximum of 4 nights during a stay and a maximum of 4 rooms per night using your Lindner Nights points, depending on your points balance and availability.

Can premium bookings be cancelled?

► Lindner Nights reservations can always be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. This means that you will receive all points credited again in the event of a timely cancellation.

Can I redeem my points anytime and anywhere? 

► Reward bookings can be booked all year round subject to availability. In city hotels, bookings may not be possible during trade fairs or special events. The same applies to some resort hotels during peak holiday periods.

You can book your short break up to 10 months in advance.

Can I make reward bookings for friends or family members or give points to others as a gift?

► This is possible. Simply send us the booking request to nights@lindner.de and we will check the availability. If you wish to transfer points to another account, please provide us with your Lindner Nights number and the Lindner Nights number of the person who will receive your points.

How do I make an award booking?

► A reservation with Lindner Nights points is only possible in advance. This can be done via our homepage or by telephone.
You can reach us by phone from Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 18:00 on +49 211 44755 200.

I only registered for the Lindner Nights programme after my stay. Can I have these points added later?

► The collection of Lindner Nights points begins with the date of entry into our programme. Retroactive crediting of points is therefore not possible. You should register on the day of check-out at the latest.

On which Lindner services do I receive points?

► For every full euro of turnover, the guest is credited with 10 Lindner Nights points. This also applies to the purchase of online vouchers at www.lindner.de. Payments for day rooms, day spa and external costs such as visitor's tax, cultural promotion tax, etc. are excluded from this. Foreign currencies are converted internally on the basis of the exchange rate valid at the time.

Simultaneous crediting of other customer programmes (e.g. Miles & More) and Lindner Nights points is not possible.

The guest does not receive Lindner Nights points for cash expenses and for services booked via a tour operator or travel agent and for stays charged at special crew conditions or as part of banquet events. No Lindner Nights points will be credited for services that the guest redeems using vouchers (from tour operators or travel agents) or vouchers. Is it possible to collect points in the me and all hotels?

► The me and all hotels are not part of the loyality program. Therefore you can't collect or redeem points there.

Can I redeem a premium with a higher co-payment even if I have a lower points balance?

► We are working with a fixed reward model, so this is not possible.

Can I combine reward bookings and promotional offers?

► Yes, you can combine your reward booking and a promotional offer. Please contact us via phone or e-mail.

Do I collect points if I pay the bill but do not stay at the hotel by my self?

► No, you can just collect points for services used by yourself in connection with an overnight stay in one of our Lindner Hotels & Resorts.

Do you have a family- / couple membership?

► No, our loyality program is a personal program, so there are no family- / or couple memberships. 

Can I collect the birthday points of my spouse?

► No, every guest can only collect its own birthday points.
