And to protect you and our staff in this unique situation and to make your trip from booking to check-out as smooth as possible we have consulted respected experts in an extensive overhaul of our ever-strict hygiene and safety standards and adapted them to these exceptional circumstances.
Our measures follow the requirements of the respective local health authorities as well as the institutional expertise of the Robert Koch institute, are always up-to-date and go beyond requirements in many points.
All the Lindner Hotels & Resorts very much look forward to their guests and in the last few weeks have been extensively preparing for a “reunion under special circumstances”.

Digital Check-in & Check-out – Easy!
Even if we’ll miss our small talk upon arrival: Use our digital Check-in and Check-out-System. You can print out your room card with the QR code and can chill out in your room without making a detour. The invoice is sent by e-mail. Easy!
It goes without saying that we are looking forward to each “hello, great to be here again” and not forgetting “It’s been fantastic here, can’t wait for the next time!” ❤ sounding through our Lobby! A cheery wave also often says more than a 1000 words ❤ and is always good for the soul. See you at ours soon!
The safety, health and well-being of our guests and staff are already and will always be top priority. And we’d like to play a part together with you in the fight against the spread of this virus. So if we greet you with a face mask it may be a new look, but our smile for you is just as heartfelt as always.

We’ve got the look. And the best look is from a distance!
Of course our receptions are always manned. Sporting the new look and behind plexiglass to protect you and our staff. Room cards or keys and any pens or similar objects are disinfected for you and handed over wearing disposable gloves.
We ask you to observe the social distance markings in the lobby and any other public areas, if you need to wait in line.
An elevator for two.
Squeezing into a lift is not a good thing either. And quite honestly, who wants to stand in a jam-packed lift?
Therefore we kindly ask that a maximum of two people use the lifts at Lindner Hotels & Resorts.
Of course you can also treat yourself to a little stairs workout to show your inner couch potato who’s boss.
Cleaning upon cleaning. Door handles, light switches, remote controls etc.
We have increased the number of cleaning cycles per hour in our buildings and disinfected light switches, lift buttons and other surfaces in public areas.
Our online-check in KIOSK stations and credit card terminals are cleaned after each use.
You will find numerous dispensers with hospital-grade disinfectant in public areas, guest toilets and in rooms. Upon request our staff can also provide you with hand disinfectant and disposable gloves.
Less is more. Sleep well!
To avoid unnecessary contact surfaces, we have removed a few ornamental items and extra sham pillows, bedspreads and similar items from the rooms. Less is more! And as is the case in public areas, all high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected for you during room cleaning.

Of course we will continue to offer room service with snacks and drinks in most of our hotels. To this end we will leave your order at the door and pick it up from there too.
When was the last time you actually had breakfast in bed in peace? Well then!
Tea For Two – Restaurants & Bars – Simply make a reservation!
We kindly ask for your understanding in that, as we can only offer fewer spaces in our restaurants due to social distancing rules, a reservation for a specific time is required. If you would like to breakfast as a family with us please let us know so that we can reserve a family table for you.
So that you can breakfast with us in peace we have extended the breakfast times for you:
Breakfast times have been extended until 11 a.m. (Midday at resorts).
You can enjoy our hotel breakfast to its usual high standard. Although we are currently not offering a buffet and à-la-carte service, in order to maintain as best as possible the distance between our guests and staff. Depending on location we will therefore offer you a selection of “To Go” components or serve you a personal, mini buffet of your choice on a side table. Similar rules also apply at lunch and dinner. Dinner for two!
All tables are cleaned and disinfected before use and after each guest visit.
Our food and drinks are stored and processed in line with current HACCP provisions and additional official recommendations on food product safety. So to ensure maximum hygiene more single-use packaging and packed portions are required for the time being.
Wellness & Fitness – We take care of everything for you!
As soon as the use of the Fitness and Wellness areas is allowed again, you can also bank on suitable distance precautions and reinforced hygiene measures.
Until then we shall rearrange all our equipment and loungers until you can once again relax and “let off steam” at our SPAs and fitness areas whilst observing social distancing rules, as you are accustomed to.
The SPA is essential! We see to everything.
Hygiene guarantee for your meeting. More space in the room!
Many things are indeed best considered, experienced and often also noted from afar! In our function and conference rooms you will still have enough space to see screens, projections or speakers AND you have significantly more space at the table to distribute papers and also to keep all snacks & beverages in view.
You will be the best and most relaxed conference guests by FAR! We make sure that the 1.50 metre social distancing rule is observed in all areas, i.e. in the meeting room, in the break room and the entire hotel.
Focus on the important stuff: Your event!
► Seal of hygiene
At the start of the event our guests in the meeting room shall find all surfaces cleaned and disinfected. The room is sealed and all moderation instruments such as microphones or remote controls are particularly looked after.
► Disinfectant options
We have provided your participants with sufficient disinfectant dispensers across the hotel.
► Face masks
Our staff are wearing a face mark for your and our protection. Upon request we will get these ready for your participants too – help us and wear a mask in all public areas too.
► Coffee breaks
We will ensure that our guests have enough space available during breaks. Your participants have their own coffee break room or a defined area.
Our entire range of snacks and beverages is prepared and served under the applicable hygiene standards.
Our staff are extensively trained in and briefed on all points of hygiene. In doing so we teach them daily about current developments and possible changes.
All the above mentioned measures are reviewed and documented on an ongoing basis.
The applicable measures and processes in the hotels are continuously being updated and adapted to scientific findings.

These measures will enable us to ensure that we are prepared if need be. On one hand our staff are under strict orders to stay at home if they show the slightest symptoms of the virus. On the other hand they are trained to recognise signs in our guests that might indicate an infection. They shall address them properly, isolate and contact the local health authorities. Please therefore do not delay in informing our staff if you notice that you have symptoms.
Should an illness actually break out in the hotel any measures to protect the health and safety of said persons and the safety of all other persons at the hotel are defined in our emergency guidelines and staff are trained accordingly. Necessary equipment such as protective clothing and medical utensils are available in sufficient quantities in our hotels.
