Guidelines for purchasing gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers may be purchased using PayPal, by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express) or with the instant transfer application (Sofort). See notes during the ordering process.
• Gift vouchers can be ordered with a face value of €10 to €1,000 (CHF 12 to CHF 1,200, CZK 250 to CZK 25,000). 
• Please note that gift vouchers will not be sent by post, delivery is by email only.

Guidelines for redeeming gift vouchers

• When booking the desired product or service, kindly indicate that payment will be made by gift voucher.
• Gift vouchers may be redeemed as part of any payment made at reception.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable against tickets for musicals.
• If in doubt, kindly enquire in advance if a gift voucher may be used for the desired product or service.
• Voucher redemption during the online reservation is not possible. The voucher is only to be presented on arrival in the hotel and will be charged in the course of billing. Any deposit will be taken into account accordingly.
