It doesn't have to be the west coast - the royal stage of the cycling pros.
You can also cycle very relaxed along the Passeig de Calvia. The cycle path connects Paguera with Palma and leads via small detours directly from the hotel into crystal-clear bays, into the mountainous outback or past sophisticated marinas. Via the island's capital, the path even continues to the hip nightlife districts of Molinar and Portixol, The Venice Beach of Europe.

The hilly outback
Especially during the almond blossom season, this tour around Calvia is a delight. We start from the hotel along the Passeig de Calvia cycle path to Santa Ponsa. At the significant windmill, the route leads towards the mountains, then along the old, narrow, little-travelled road to Es Capdella. With the imposing Tramuntana Mountains always in view, you cycle through almond orchards, past country houses, gardens and horses. In Es Capdella, it is worth stopping at the Bar Nou, a popular cycling stop. Here you will probably find the largest sole on the table – Delicious!
After the lunch stop, the route descends rapidly through the "Green Valley" to the sea. In the seaside resort of Paguera, 3 sandy beaches tempt you to cool off before returning to the hotel along the cycle path.
Distance: 30 km, approx. 3 hours without break
Hire an e-bike if you are not mountain fit. With a road bike, you can even extend the route via Andratx, Puerto de Andratx and Camp de Mar.
Discover the most beautiful places by bicycle within a radius of 15 km in a relaxed way.
Connoisseurs cycle to the marina - via the Passeig der Calvia - a cycle path that connects Paguera with Palma. You can reach the luxury marinas of the southwest in a very relaxed way, cappuccino and bathing stop included. The outback around Calvia is also easily accessible and even Palma is only an easy bike ride away.
If you want to get a bit of exercise and explore the island of Mallorca by bike,
Those crazy for distance cycling discover the west coast - The Lindner Golf Resort is a step away from the Tramuntana Mountains and one of the most beautiful coastal roads in Europe. Experienced cyclists in particular appreciate the topographically varied west coast with impressive sea views. Start with the serpentine pass of Soller, via Deia and Valldemossa back to the hotel...or on to Andratx. Endless training possibilities!
