    very good hotel

    Overall quality of the hotel is very good.

    The new reception style is not very convenient particularly if you arrive after a long trip. There is a long waiting queue and you have to wait a long time. I experienced this already 2 times. However this time the lady was very helpful : we got a drink and a refreshing towel and she helped us with the check, the invoice and restaurant recommendations.

    We had a very pleasent stay in your hotel.

    The dinner we had Friday evening was very good, except for the disturbing sound of the dj. We could hardly communicate.

    Nice hotel, friendly staff

    All is nice, clean and friendly staff.
    came back in the hotel late in the evening, bar was closing, but we could make one order.. they were already cleaning up. no problem! Those small things make the difference!

    Bad Customer service/management

    I booked additional nights with the Lindner hotel, 1 day before the actual start of the business event, and later on extending 1 day after the end (plus booking a room for my family).
    On the arrival I had issues with my flight booking and had to delay my arrival by 16 hours. I notified the hotel as soon as I realized and asked the hotel for a refund out of tolerance.
    A receptionist explained to me that I had to pay anyways as the Hotel is unable to tolerate the unusual circumstances of short cancellation.
    On Sunday when I arrived in the morning, I was again asked to pay and was on top of that even refused to use the room for which they asked me to pay, also no early checkin was allowed for the next days room and I had to wait until the afternoon for the room on the next day to check-in.
    I escalated this to the Management and got referred to the Manager. She said that this is just how it is, and explained that although she understands my very long journey, I would still need to pay, and I would still not be able to use the room after arrival, but had to wait for the following days room.
    Even when advised that I would want to book additional nights for me and my family after the business trip this did not change her reaction.
    Obviously I was upset with this kind of customer service and bad example of management.
    Finally I highlighted the bad experience after the trip to Alg. Directeur - Lindner WTC Hotel & City Lounge Antwerp Vice President who, offered inadequate action of a free upgrade next time.

    Warm welcome in fantastic hotel.

    Easy access to parking underneath the hotel.
    Eary arrival, but room was free for access.
    10 Minutes walk to main street "MEIR".
    Very extensive breakfast, even with sparkling wine.

    Nice staying.

    The Lindner hotel is ideal both for professional and private trips. Close to the city center, next to the central train station and with a minimal modern decoration, offers to the guests a nice and relaxing atmospere.
