We have stayed at this hotel in Berlin at least once a year for many, many times. We visited again last month the first time since Covid. We have never been able to redeem any loyalty points for conflicting reasons but the manager on duty the night we checked in was very sympathetic and kindly offered to investigate our observations. As it happened we did not avail of any discounts but she did upgrade us to a "better" room. The carpet was badly stained and there was a very strong 'sewer' smell coming from the shower. We mentioned this to the manager and she said she would look after us on our next visit and we advised we had booked another return visit in early January 2023. We booked our trips for November and January at the same time. A week later we got an offer for Black Friday which was cheaper and also included breakfast. We were unable to cancel the booking for January but one of the staff advised that she would follow this up. We sent an e mail the night before as a reminder about breakfast and not only was this not resolved when we arrived, but it appeared that the e mail we had sent had not been passed to the relevant party. We were offered a 2 for 1 breakfast which was totally unacceptable. Under these circumstances, it would be difficult to return to this hotel again. The staff were respectful and polite but were not at all interested in customer satisfaction, the customer experience or feedback. The elevator was still dirty and the hotel carpets in general are not as clean as they should be. At best this was a 2 STAR experience.
Great and spacious room. Easy check-in/check out. Very service minded staff at the reception desk.
Love the concept of optionally choosing to not getting the room cleaned and getting the mini-bar for free instead. Good breakfast.
I had a room that did not smell very nicely (sewer water). The receptionist immediately gave me another room that was perfect.

Well there is noting to complain about.We shall choose this hotel also in our next trip to Berlin.
This was our second time staying in the Berlin Lindner hotel and as always the hotels met our expectations.
Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and good breakfast to get you going for the day.
The hotel is conveniently situated on the Kurfürstendamm for shopping and near the S bahn and U trains making it easy to get around Berlin.
We will no doubt stay there again in the future
Great location and nice hotel, but strange bathroom solution
The hotel location is excellent, the rooms are good and the staff is very lovely.
If you have a room with a window to the office building it feels awkward to open the shades as the people in the offices can stare at your room directly.
The hotel allows using the minibar for free, as long as you are willing to give up on the cleaning (one refill per day you allow to skip the cleaning)
We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (although we could add it per need each day) as there are a lot of options around the hotel
The hotel also offers a good fitness center.
Overall we had a very good experience with the hotel and its facilities.
A lovely hotel, located right in the heart of Berlin.
Excellent staff on reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant, they couldn't have been more helpful.
I love the option to opt out of room service and get free access to the mini bar instead, a super initiative.
I used this hotel with colleagues on business and everyone loved it but I will be back with my wife in 2023 for a long weekend visit.
fantastic atmosphere, full of love and professionalism. especially service manager Irakly was very kind and responsive.
