Michael Triebel emphasises the utilisation of regional and seasonal products in combination with fresh herbs and the best possible gentle preparation of dishes to retain the unique taste of the products. Whether it is steak from Carinthian sucking calf, filet of pike-perch from Wörthersee, saddle of lamb from the Lesach Valley or the most varying noodle dishes – there is something suitable for any taste here!

The grand theme “Alpe-Adria” is also reflected in the sommelier’s wine card, so you will primarily find specialities from the Friuli region and Styria. Ms Baumann and her service team are gladly at your disposal for advice. The range of beverages is rounded off through exclusive Carinthian spirits, Friulian grappa as well as Italian and Austrian coffee specialities.

The small, exclusive terrace in the Laguna, with a maximum of 16 seats, is located directly alongside the Lend Canal and is outstandingly suitable for smaller groups for dining in a special atmosphere. The “Rosso” day bar with terrace offers morning and midday breakfast variations for all late sleepers and Alpe-Adria snacks in the afternoon such as ham specialities, homemade antipasti and grissini. You can also make a brief detour directly from the bicycle trail that lies along and above the hotel area to the sunny terrace and take a break while forgetting your everyday worries while enjoying coffee and cake or also a small beer.
