All the beds will have been made before you arrive, everyone has their own room and there are even two or three bathrooms (with either a bathtub or shower) to prevent bottlenecks in the morning.

Once you have unpacked your suitcases, the whole family can either meet in front of a crackling fireplace or on the outdoor terrace, depending on the weather.
