Restaurant Castello - a restaurant with a direct link to the Lindner Eifeldorf Grüne Hölle Nürburgring that serves a classic menu offering specialities from all over the world. The hotel’s lavish breakfast buffet is served here.

Nürburger Brauhaus - has an informal and lively atmosphere and is designed in the style of a traditional German micro-brewery. Rodeo simulator, with live broadcasts to many different monitors.
The Brauhaus serves hearty, down-to-earth food and drinks.
