applies in particular to a service-providing business. Therefore, the
aim of Lindner’s employment policy is to promote the knowledge and
skills, the capability of enthusiasm and the motivation of the staff in
order to use the potential for continuous improvement and enhancement
of performance and quality.
Entry into the business facilitated
During the training period, each new staff member is assigned a colleague sponsor from his/her own department who helps and assists him/her in the beginning.
In addition, new staff members are given the possibility of participating in an
introduction ( close-up )
organized to get to know the entire business and the individual persons
who are behind it. This way, the new start in our business is
facilitated to each new staff member.
Staff Development Actions
In order to promote
the employees adequately, special actions are required.
Within Lindner Hotels AG, we offer you the possibility of individually

offering you the opportunity to gain more flexibility through changing
spheres of functions, to broaden your range of employment possibilities
