Fitness Center with the very latest fitness machines
Exercise on over 15 different up-to-the-minute professional fitness machines in the 100 m2 air-conditioned fitness area. 2 television sets are provided to entertain and motivate.

Indoor swimming pool
Bring your circulation up to speed: swim a few lengths of the 7 x 13 m swimming pool in water at a deliciously warm 26 °C.

Solarium
Our solarium gives you a healthy all-over tan and keeps you fit at the same time. Here you can pep up your metabolism, gain energy, lift your spirits or get a suntan before your holiday more gently than in natural sunshine!

Sauna/bio-sauna/gush shower/rest room
After exercising carry on sweating and chat to friends and acquaintances as you do so! Relax totally and do your circulation and immune system good as well. After the sauna just lie back and laze on comfortable
loungers in the rest room!

Massage
We would be pleased to arrange all-over massages, foot reflex zone massages and sports therapy for you on request.

Go cycling
Along one of the many tracks along the Rhine or into the Düsseldorf Old Town only 10 minutes away. Bicycles are available free of charge at the hotel reception!

Go for a jog and give your brain a break: A run from the hotel straight into the Rhine Meadows helps you forget your business cares or prepare for the gruelling day ahead. We have already tested three jogging stretches between 15 and 45 minutes long for you. You can also discover many other routes for yourself!


A lovely public open-air bath is just vis-à-vis the Lindner Congress Hotel.
