Let us entice you into the world of Californian cuisine and enjoy well-being food, from business lunch to gala dinner, in an exklusive and warm ambience. At the New Brick the sophisticated food lover will be delighted again and again and spoiled as only expert chefs can. The open show-kitchen guarantees an experience of a special kind. In the morning we offer an ample and varied breakfast, at noon, in addition to our à-la-carte dishes, a weekly varied lunch menu, and in the evening the full culinary magic. The restaurant seats 50 people, and once the temperatures start to rise, the terrace invites you to linger longer. Both offer ideal conditions for exklusive events.

Those who fancy Spanish specialities will find all they desire at the Léon Garcias - Tapas, Cervezas y Vinos restaurant and bodega. This is not operated by the hotel.
