Furnishing of hotel rooms for stays starting with one month:
Our hotel rooms are situated from 2nd to 16th floor at the Main Plaza tower. Sizes vary from 35 sqm up to 90 sqm with one to three rooms. These rooms are fully furnished and carpeted with wooden floors and/or wool carpets. A part of these rooms have their own balcony.

All rooms are equipped with ISDN telephone and voice mailbox, radio, cable TV, modem and fax connection, wireless LAN and minibar, as well as a safe.

Most of these rooms are furnished with a kitchenette with refrigerator, icebox, stainless steel sink, hob and microwave.

The luxurious bathrooms are laid out with stone floors and walls and have a standard equipment of bathtub and/or shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and spacious shelving.

The following services are included in the monthly rent: 

• 24 hours staffed reception
• Free use of our Beauty & Spa area
• Premier Sport TV channel
• Radio fees, basic fee for ISDN telephone access
• Internal telephone calls
• One daily newspaper of your choice from our range of papers
• Cleaning of the room twice a week
• Message and mail service

Residences – Living on highest standards

Furnishing of the residences for stays starting from one year:
To take away the time consuming burden of the individual furnishing, our residences are furnished with high-quality furniture. These residences are situated in the Main Plaza tower from 17th to 20th floor. Their size varies from 55 sqm up to 146 sqm. They all have a fully equipped kitchen and some residences have as well connections to fit in a washing machine. A part of the residences also have their own balcony.

These residences have individually adjustable air conditioning and modern telecommunication technologies with ISDN telephone and wireless LAN, cable TV with broadband and satellite.

The exclusively furnished bathrooms are laid out with stone floors and designer fittings. They offer bathtub and/or shower and the toilet is separated in some residences. Hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and spacious shelving are standard in every residence.

The following services are included in the monthly rent:

• Free use of our Beauty & Spa area
• Premier Sport TV channel
• Radio fees, basic fee for ISDN telephone access
• Internal telephone calls

All above mentioned rates are per room/month and exklusive of VAT (19% at the moment, increase will be invoiced to the guest).

All rents are including heating, water, hot water etc. Only electricity and telephone units will be charged separate upon consumption.
