Our physical therapy proposes therapeutic applications in the
soft-pack-rest from Cleopatra bathes, evening primrose cream bath
through mudpacks. Overall or partial massages as well as extraordinary
special massages with essential oils vitalize and relax. Ayurveda
massages with warm oils serve the revitalization and detoxication of
the body. As highlight, experience oriental bath cultures, e.g. in the
Rasul, an overall body peeling in aromatic vapour bath or in the
Turkish Hamam, a soap massage on warm stone including ritual ablution.
Enjoy the Emperor or rose flowers bath in a bronze tub for one or two
persons followed by a rest in our Tyrolean four-poster. Fitness &
gymnastics studio.
Salt from the Dead Sea
It is extracted from the natural deposits at the Dead Sea. We
import it directly from Jordany and Israel for guaranteed origin and
purity. Our medicinal bath salts from the Dead Sea have an unequalled
contents of minerals and micronutrients. They can be used for various
purposes: for the locomotor system, for neurological relaxation and in
cosmetic applications. Especially in case of skin trouble, bathing in
thermal water enriched with salt from the Dead Sea has an almost
legendary reputation.
Binshof saline
Like in a saline or graduation works, saline and curative air is
produced. It is used for relaxed inhalation and is recommended in
particular in case of respiratory trouble.
Salt grotto
The water of the salt grotto is enriched with approx. 20% of
salt from the Dead Sea and has a temperature of approx. 38°C. Due to
the high specific gravity, you "float" on the water surface and thus
ease your vertebral column surrounded by pleasant music. A bath in the
saline solution soothes skin and joint trouble and is also successful
in cellulite therapy.
The oriental Rasul
The most natural form of a "complete body peeling". In this
bathing ceremony originating from the arab culture group, natural
healing mud of different grain size is applied on the face and body and
rubbed into the skin like a peeling during the subsequent aromatic
vaporization. The immune system is stimulated in the Rasul, the mud has
a disinfectant and antibacterial effect, the thermal balance in the
dermal tissue is regulated. A cleansing shower completes the bath
before the skin is rubbed with cosmetic oils.
The Finnish log sauna
The classic Finnish sauna allows to take a sauna bath at high
temperatures between 90°C and 95°C and only 10% humidity. The secretion
of sweat is very high. The loss of fluid ranges between one and one and
a half liters. For this reason, a particularly high fluid intake in
form of mineral drinks etc. is recommended after the sauna bath.
Sanarium
Low temperature sauna with approx. 50% humidity and temperatures
around 60°C. In addition to different aromatic essences, this sauna
uses the colour-light therapy. Light is known for the following effects:
Red stimulates the skin and glands
Yellow stimulates the nerves and promotes metabolism
Green has a calming effect in case of troubled sleep
Blue has a calming effect and lowers the blood pressure
