18 fully furnished, well-appointed apartments with hotel service are ready and waiting for you at the Lindner Congress Hotel Frankfurt. In our Boardinghouse are 9 apartments in a newly built annex. The Villa Scriba, which is built around 1890 adjoining the Hotel, with additionally 9 apartements is surrounded by greenery. They are reserved for long-stay guests and can be booked for upwards of a month.

Guests can choose from a one-room or two-room apartment. All equipped with the following: Parquet flooring, multifunctional ISDN telephone with voice mail, fax machine, modem connection, 26" LCD flat screen - digital TV & video on demand (pay-tv), various music channels, soundproofed windows, individually adjustable, superior-standard climate control system, etc.

The kitchenette is fully eqipped with: crockery, microwave, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob with two or four rings, extractor hood, oven, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom is comfortable with hairdryer and vanity mirror.

For relaxing use free the spacious wellness centre which has a sauna, steam-bath, and a fitness suite in the hotel. Guests can make themselves at home here, while still enjoying the advantages of staying in a hotel e.g. the breakfast buffet in the restaurant, hot and cold snacks in the Bistro.

Boardinghouse

• 1 room apartment from EUR 2,000.- per month

     approx. 40 sqm, kitchenette, bathroom, living-sleeping room

• 2 room apartment from EUR 2,200.- per month

     approx 54 sqm, kitchentte, living room, sleeping room,     
     bathroom, hall, balcony

Villa Scriba

• 1 room apartment from EUR 2,000.- per month

     approx. 35sqm, kitchenette, bathroom

• 2 room apartment from EUR 2,200.- per month

     approx 42sqm, kitchenette, living room, sleeping room,
     bathroom

These prices are valid until 31st December 2009 and include VAT (19%). Prices subject to change without notice. The monthly rent is only available per calendar month.

In the monthly rent are the following services included:

• laundry service (once a week)
• cleaning of bath-room (three times per week)
• cleaning of living-room (once a week)

Additional fix costs are:

• general cleaning after departure EUR 130.-
• a deposit ( cheque, cash or per credit-card are accepted) EUR 770.-

Upon request you can choose the following services

• american breakfast buffet in the restaurant Alegría EUR 300.- per person/month
• Underground parking lot EUR 200.- per car/month
• Phone-charges EUR 0.45 per unit
• additional cleaning services* EUR 105.- per month
  

*( laundry change twice a week, daily cleaning of bathroom, daily washing towles, cleaning of living room twice a week, cleaning of windows once a month)
